Foreman/Job Site Specialist
He/she will be expected to be able to professionally complete most, if not all, the different types of work Gibbs Company’s does without supervision. He/She is required to have or purchase the tools listed on the required tool list. He/She is also responsible for field training lesser-experienced company workers. He/She is also responsible for completing the final punch list and attempting to pick up the final check and job completion signature for each job he is in charge of.

Laborer / Assemblers
He/She will be expected to learn new and sharpen existing skills from the Foreman as quickly as possible and perform them professionally with limited supervision. He/She must also have or purchase the necessary tools needed listed on the required tool list.

Production Manager
He/She will be part time Foreman and full time production manager. The duties will consist of assigning the new jobs to foremen, assigning and scheduling any extra help needed, assisting the Manager in setting up production schedule, estimate material needed, supplying the job, setting up any company tools that will be needed and delivering them, staying a day ahead of all jobs as far as supplying, picking up intermediate draws on the jobs and handling the final walk through and punch list. They will also assist in any up selling of the job at a reduced commission rate to the sales people. Also they will assist in hiring and firing and establishing and enforcing company policies.
